The tag is a label attached to a record and makes it easier to classify or group or find specific items.
Example: You may want to group all the cases related to Family Law (like divorce, child custody, etc.), then create a tag for it in the Matters section.

You can now add tags to your Contacts, Matters, and Tasks. Only Firm Admin and Team members having “Full” access can add tags.
