Once an intake form was submitted by your contact, the submission gets stored/added automatically under your intake submissions and you can link the submission to specific contact or matter.
You can also submit an intake form on behalf of your contact and link it to a specific contact or matter. To submit an intake form, please follow the below steps.
- Go to Intake Forms, select the intake form you want to fill.
- Click Operations Menu.
- Click Add Intake Submission.
4. Fill the form and click Submit.
