Sharing an Intake Form via e-mail

An intake form can be shared directly with your contact using LawGro. Your contact shall receive an email with a secured link to the intake form.

  1. Go to Intake Forms, select the intake form you want to share via e-mail
  2. Click Operations Menu.
  3. Click Email Intake Form, then you will be redirected to the Email Intake Form page.
  4. LawGro provides an email template, which populates the default message. You can always make changes to this message manually while sharing an intake form over email.
  5. If you select Send me a copy field, then you will also get a copy of intake form via e-mail to your own email id.
  6. Click Send Email to share an intake form via email.

NOTE: You can share an intake form to multiple contacts by entering multiple e-mail addresses each separated by a comma in To field in Email Intake Form page.If there are multiple people then everyone gets a copy of the email with secured intake form link.

Sharing an Intake Form via link

You can copy the secured link of an intake form and then share it on any of your desired channel e.g. email, messaging. To share an intake form via secured link, please follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Intake Forms select an intake form you want to share via the link.
  2. Click Operations Menu.
  3. Click Share via link then you will get a pop-up window, Share a link:: intake form.
  4. Click Copy to Clipboard to copy the secured link and then share it over desired channels by pasting the link via the clipboard.
