Sharing an invoice via e-mail

An invoice can be shared directly with the client using LawGro. Your contact shall receive an email with a highly secured link to the invoice. This link is completely secured to prevent any unauthorized access to invoice.

  1. Go to Invoices Report, select an invoice record you want to share via e-mail.
  2. Click Operations Menu.
  3. Click Email Invoice then you will be redirected to the Email invoice page.
  4. Based on your configurations, LawGro provides an email template, which populates your default message related to Invoice. You can always make changes to this message manually while sharing the invoice over email.
  5. If you select Send me a copy field, then you will also get a copy of invoice via e-mail to your own email id.
  6. Click Send Email to share an invoice via email.

NOTE: You can share an invoice to multiple contacts by entering multiple e-mail addresses each separated by a comma in To field in Email Invoice page.If there are multiple people then everyone gets a copy of the email and secured invoice link.

Sharing an invoice via link

You can copy the secured link of an invoice and then share it on any of your desired channel e.g. email. To share an invoice via secured link, please follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Invoices Report, select an invoice record you want to share via the link.
  2. Click Operations Menu.
  3. Click Share via link then you will be redirected to the Share a link invoice page.
  4. Click Copy to Clipboard to copy the secured link and then share it over desired channels.
