A task is a small set of activity created and linked to a matter. You can prioritize tasks based on your needs and significance of the activity. It has due dates to track the closure of activity in an efficient manner.
Task status can be either Open or Closed. If the status is Closed then you can change it to Open by clicking Re Open. If the status is Open then you can change it to Closed by clicking Mark as Closed. Here is the representation of task status workflow:
- Open Matters - While creating a new task in LawGro, the default status is Open. These are any tasks you are actively working on.
- Closed Matters - While editing a task, you have an option of changing the task status to Closed. These are any tasks you are no longer working on.
