All the time and activities that MagicTime captures, is available on your time log which is accessible only to you (not even your firm admins have access to this data).

You can review your time log and select any activity/ multiple activity to be filed in your time sheet.

To review your timelog, click on My Time Log on the left hand side menu bar or on your desktop app.

MagicTime deploys state of the art and proprietary AI (artifical inteliigence) to automatically detect right matters for each activity. As you keep working on the app, it continues to get better and in just few weeks you will see that most of your activities are tagged to right matters and ready for filing.


Filing your time entries

You  may select a specific or multiple records and click on File Time button.

You shall see a time entry form, where you can edit values e.g. description, rate, client etc. and then click on save to file your time sheet. 


As soon as you save the form, you can see all your filed time entries in "Time Entries" report or on your legal practice management app (e.g. Clio, PracticePanther etc.).


Deleting time log data

You may select specific or multiple records and click on Delete to delete them from your time log.

Note: Data once deleted cannot be recovered, so please delete appropriately.
