LawGro has an inbuilt form builder and supports different types of fields for creating Custom Fields and Intake Forms. Here is the list of fields that LawGro supports.

Field Types 

Header - Used as a heading for the whole form or a section, depending on your requirements.

For Example, Matter Information is the section where you may add fields for Matter name/number,  Area of Law, Opposing Counsel, Matter Closing Date, etc.

Paragraph - Used to add a description about anything. You can use it to describe the form or a section or use it in between fields to for any specific notes or comments. This is just a placeholder for descriptions and does not have any field associated to accept values.

Single Line Text  - Used to add text in short phrases or in a single line.

Multi Line Text - Used to add text in multiple lines like adding notes, long description of a specific thing.

Date - Used to enter a date or to select the date from the date picker provided. By default, the current date will be seen.

Checkbox - It is a single input checkbox, used for a field that can have only True or False values. If the box is checked, the field value will be set to true, if the box is unchecked, the value will be set to false. By default, the checkbox will not be selected.

Checkboxes - Used to select more than one option from the list of options provided. By default, the first option is selected.

Multiple Choice - Used to select/choose only one option from the list of options provided. By default, the first option is selected.

Dropdown - Used to pick/select a single option from the list of options provided. Mostly used for presenting a long list of items in the menu. By default first item/option in the list gets selected.
