You can customize your invoices - more specifically, you can upload a logo, add contact information, define terms and conditions. Please keep in mind that to apply any of the following changes, you must be logged into your account as the Admin.

Uploading your Firm’s Logo

To add a logo to your invoices, please follow the below steps:

  1. Once logged in, click Main Menu (≡) on the header, then click Settings.
  2. Click Firm Logo & Info.
  3. Click Choose file to locate the picture file from your computer.
  4. Select the image to upload, then click Upload.
  5. Click Save.

Once you save, your logo will appear on your invoices.

Managing the Firm’s Contact Information that Appears on Invoice

The firm information that appears on your invoices is taken from your Firm Settings. To add/edit firm’s contact information, please follow the below steps:

  1. Once logged in, click Main Menu (≡) on the header, then click Settings.
  2. Click Firm Logo & Info.
  3. Add Firm’s Name, Email address, Phone Number, Fax Number, and Location.
  4. Click Save.

Once you save, your Firm’s contact information will appear on your invoices.

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions that appear on your invoices are taken from your Firm Settings. To add/edit default terms and conditions, please follow the below steps:

  1. Once logged in, click Main Menu (≡) on the header, then click Settings.
  2. Click Invoice Options.
  3. Add your Default Terms and Conditions for Invoices.
  4. Click Save.

Once you save, your default terms and conditions will auto populate on your invoices.
